Whether you are building a new home or remodeling an existing one, Somrak Kitchens can assist you with all of your custom Cabinetry needs.

Every project is unique and its duration depends upon many factors including the design process, cabinet production, and construction schedules. Since each project differs in scope and size, the time involved to complete each project varies. However, as a general rule of thumb you should begin the planning process at least 3-4 months in advance of your desired completion date. Your designer at Somrak Kitchens will be able to give you a better timetable for your project.

Our Design Agreement confirms your interest in Somrak Kitchens’ services and enables us to provide you with specialized professional services in preparation for contracting your project. Conceptualizing and designing project ideas, executing floor plans, determining material selections, providing cost estimates, and preparing project specifications are our specialty.

Once you have visited the storeroom, our Sales Designers will be happy to visit your home to survey your project. During the home consultation, our experts will meet with you on site to address your specific needs and desires, help determine a budget, and discuss operation procedures, fees and cost.

This preliminary stage of planning enables you to review the proposal and floor plan prepared for you by Somrak Kitchens.

During the final design stage, our Sales Designers will prepare the final drawing package reflecting your cabinetry selections, complete detailed specifications and confirm actual project costs.

Our Sales Designers will meet with you so you can review and approve the final set of drawings, specifications and plans.

In our effort to ensure that all details are accurate, we conduct a survey at the job site. Prior to ordering any materials, a Somrak Kitchens designer and construction superintendent will review all aspects of your project, inspect on site utilities, and confirm all dimensions and review delivery and/or installation procedures.

Furnishing and delivering top quality merchandise is only part of our service. As a full service custom design center, Somrak Kitchens can professionally install your projects. Once you have chosen to have us handle the installation for you, our experienced craftsmen are on staff to make sure your cabinetry, appliances and counters are installed properly.
